Carson Legal Craft: What Happens Next?

For a consultation not involving a document review, you may wish to send an e-mail describing your issue in writing. That will help us identify your issues and get up to speed as quickly as possible regarding your issues. We will initiate the call or meeting at the agreed upon time.

For a consultation involving a document review, send the documents by e-mail, along with a description of the issue. The attorney will review the documentation based on the issues identified and will schedule a time to speak or meet with you. If there is a deadline involved, make sure to let us know.

Early termination: Any legal service provided pursuant to a fixed rate agreement but not paid for due to early termination shall be billed to the client at the standard hourly rate of $285.
